Proposal

With ePULSE cloud you can optimize collaboration in your engineering projects across system, discipline and

geographic boundaries with EPLAN Cloud solutions and the new EPLAN Platform 2022.

Challenge

Help customers to exchange and manage specific ePLAN projects easily but also connect other apps to them based on ongoing UX research even after launch.

Key objective

Business management currently has a few features ideated but needs a cloud web app targeting a release date of Q3 2020 based on user needs.

In addition they also need an app name and icon.

Solutions

Guiding and managing a technical development team, we started on having a design sprint all together for 5 days. Afterwards I prototyped, designed and helped implement a full cloud app consisting of a project management system. In addition to fulfilling the key objectives, I also co-wrote and developed go-to-market strategies, Executive Summaries, Pitch Decks, and narratives for future improvements.
